Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and the ITY team ("we", "us") for your use of Apocalypxel: Last Stand ("the game"). By playing the game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
1. Your account
- You can play offline, as a guest, or signed in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Guest progress is tied to your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices before linking a Google account, guest progress may be lost.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Fair play
When you play, you agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or modify the game or its network traffic to gain an advantage;
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the game, its servers or other players' accounts;
- use offensive, hateful or impersonating display names, or harass other players.
We may remove progress gained unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, weapons, characters, EXP, levels and other in-game items are a limited license to use within the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game.
- Purchases with real money are processed by a payment provider. Prices are shown before you buy.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. If a purchase was charged but not delivered, contact us and we will fix it.
- We may change, rebalance or retire items and features as the game develops.
4. Our content
The game, including its code, art, sounds, music and name, belongs to the ITY team. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the game or its assets without our permission.
5. Availability
We work to keep the game running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Online features, cloud saves and events may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, and we cannot guarantee that saved progress will never be lost.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the ITY team is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
